- Custom Development
- Creative AI Services
Account Responsibilities
Users must:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain account security
- Keep credentials confidential
- Use services lawfully
Subscription Services
Paid plans are billed according to agreed pricing.
Failure to pay may result in suspension.
Acceptable Usage
Users shall not:
- Break laws
- Commit fraud
- Distribute malware
- Attack systems
- Generate illegal content
- Infringe intellectual property
- Abuse infrastructure
AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated content may:
- Contain inaccuracies
- Produce unexpected outputs
- Require human review
Users remain responsible for all decisions based on AI outputs.
Intellectual Property
All platform technology remains property of Blitz Public Relations and Marketing FZ LLC.
Customer-owned content remains customer property.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nuvostella shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from use of services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
